Recent thoughts are about international journals. The publications are considered as the rewards for Academicians especially of higher studies. So it becomes order of the day to have good(!) publications.
The publications can be national seminars, international seminars. But above all these is the publication in international journals. To get a publication in an International Journal(IJ) is not a joke.
A publication is not simply a theory or hypothesis. But we need some solid implementations. Not only implementations but also their analysis in terms of efficiency and effectiveness (both are not same).
It has become a day-today activity to download IJ articles, read and understand(!!) them.
