It has become routine to struggle for cable TV connection each time we shift to a new house. Wanted to break this routine. Found a solution in the form of DTH (Direct To Home)
After choosing DTH , need to zero-in on particular provider like Tata sky, Dish and Doordarshan . Finally decided to go for DD bcoz it needs no add on cost / moth in the form of any subscriptions. More over it provides 45 video channels and 20 radio channels .(of cousrse only 6 out of this are of Tamizh)
Really the quality of reception is good. After the launch of INSAT 4B this march 10 , it is expected that DD would provide 100 channels.
