These are my summer vacation days. These days I feel scared to tune in to any of the news channels. I mean it.
If you closely look at the recent news :
- Fake / Expired medicines
- Expired food products
- Unprecedented corruption at Medical CI.
- Dantewada : 70+ CRPF man killed
- Yet another attack in the surrounding place in a Bus killing 30+
- Mangalore plane crash - 150+ killed
- Attack / Sabotage on Train in WB - Killing 80+ (as I am keying this)
All of these have happened within a short period. And they have all happened in our own country. And we are experts at playing the blame game.
And the above list is only a very small sample of whats happening all across the globe.
All the religions unanimously declare that, "God is Love" - "Anbe Sivam" . With my limited understanding I am not able to find any love in the above mentioned events.
Every one of them killed would have a family. He/She might run a business. On that many families might be dependent on. He / She might have children . Their future may become a big question mark. Think about the psychological impacts of every single life that has been lost.
As the time goes on, we have accustomed ourself to watch the news of all these things sitting in a dining table and eating.
After all what can we do? Many would say "pray for them"...
But whom to pray.. "Is there a God?"...
Popular slogan from Bagavath Geetha says,

Is this not the right time for the above to happen? What else God is waiting for?

Ps: This post is not a message for any one to follow.. These are my state-of-mind as of May 29 2010 11:14AM IST. All these might change on some other day. This post is just a tension buster that was building within me in the recent days becoz of the news items that I mentioned. May God Bless You..
